Job Description:
- Promote process & metrology system equipment with marketing activity and propose additional products/services/solutions to support growth of the customers.
- Coordinate with head office in conducting sales and promotional activities and other group companies in SEAI region.
- Support in sales and order process for main equipment, service job, and spare parts in the Salesforces systems.
- Conduct regular communication with Japan’s factory and project team in Headquarter for project development and planning.
- Support in budget planning and execute the budget plan to achieve department’s KPI and business goals.
- Support manager in maintaining ongoing relationships with identified customer segments to ensure their needs are met, providing solutions and recommendations based on customer input.
- Any other duties (projects, etc) as and when assigned by the immediate Manager and Department General Manager.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5-8 years of account management (sales development follow up, forecast management, and production control management) in a semiconductor equipment business environment.
- Able to work independently as well as a team player.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Software proficiencies for Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- Overseas travel is required.
