As a Business Development Director in our company, you will play a pivotal role in plotting the strategic direction for expansion and unlocking new avenues of business. Your mission will be to not just chart new territories, but to also build and deepen relationships with key partners, investors, and our valued community within Singapore and beyond.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and spearhead a strategic business development roadmap aligned with the company’s overarching objectives.
  • Perform sophisticated market analyses to pinpoint fresh opportunities for growth and collaborative ventures within Singapore and in international markets.
  • Lead intricate negotiation processes for potential mergers, acquisitions, and critical partnerships.
  • Nurture and expand our network with key industry stakeholders, suppliers, and potential clients.
  • Propel the conceptualization and realization of innovative business models and dining concepts.
  • Provide leadership and developmental support to the business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in business development with a proven track record of successful expansion and partnership development - bonus if you are experienced in partnerships within Mainland China
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and derive strategic insights.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a talent for influencing decision-makers and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities with a hands-on experience in managing and guiding teams.
  • Willingness to travel regionally to explore new business opportunities and engage with partners.
  • Excellent command of Mandarin, with additional languages being a significant plus.
