Our reputable client in Singapore is looking for a Service Bureau Officer to join their team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
· Attend to customers including front-counter duties.
· Handle calls, inquiries and appointments
· Provide administrative support such as cashiering, scanning, data entry, word processing, photocopying, and printing.
· Perform basic problem analysis, troubleshooting, general housekeeping & maintenance to resolve problem reported with minimal upward reference.
· Follow agreed work practices and operating procedures.
· Collate and consolidate information for reporting purposes.
· Ensure work meets quality specifications.
· Adhere to work safety measures and information securities standards.
· Undertake any other administrative duties as assigned by seniors and executives.
· Any other duties as and when assigned.
Skills/Requirement
· Acquired related working experience in administrative support
· Detailed oriented Customer Service Clerk.
Work schedule : Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm and Sat: 8:30am to 12.30pm (will work on all Saturdays)
