- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences.
- Provide general administrative support to project managers in day-to-day project documentation.
- Perform billings for respective projects and dispatch of Invoices in accordance with Clients’ practices.
- Procure, manage and taking regular inventory of office equipment and office supplies.
- Manage and update Purchase Orders, and ensure timely payment to avoid disruption in the provision of goods and services.
- Initiate screening process for new customers and preparation of source data ahead of screening.
- Managing contracts with proper filing system.
- Maintain and upkeep the Department’s data and records.
- To perform any other ad-hoc tasks/assignments/projects assigned by Management
- 5-day week @ Changi Area (pick up point at near Simi MRT)
