Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Experience with PowerApp and Power Automate
- Experience with BI platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, scripting language (Python, Perl) experience a plus
- Propose solutions based on processes improvement with ongoing opportunities using sales oriented mindset
- Collaborate with users to gather requirements, development, testing and deploying live.
- Influence multiple senior level stakeholders to embrace the adoption of technologies in the organization
Required Skills, Experience and Education
- Highly accountable, dependable and takes initiatives
- Strong communicator and able to follow through
- A good team player and passionate to see task to completion with speed
- Ability to work under pressure of meeting deadlines under a fast-growing workplace
- Matrix management skill, including working with ambiguity and across organization boundaries
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with peers from oversea (prefer)
- Committed, structured and delivery-focused approach
- Possess a broad knowledge of most technical and business process and use them to effectively coordinate team members and external resources. (prefer)
- Excellent analytic, interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage colleagues, along with a broad understanding of the businesses they support
- Experience working with external partners such as customers, and vendors in process improvement projects
- Ability to initiate ideas and articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
