Responsibilities
- Use designer tools to define delightful, animated, user-friendly SCADA screens, so that information is shown correctly, easy to read and find
- Use of configuration tools to configure IO points to interface with field controllers
- Plan and perform in-house/on-site software testing activities, retrieve and analyze log files, as well as assist in implementing technical fixes, patches and upgrades
- Timely report of work progress, issues to direct supervisor
- Any ad-hoc task as assigned by manager
Prerequisites
- Diploma in Engineering or any other similar disciplines
- Work or internship experience in any of the 3rd party SCADA system (such as Wonderware, iFix, Citect, Ignition)
- Able to work independently, meticulously and outcome driven with good eye for details
- Take ownership of UI design work is a must
- Able to interact and communicate effectively with people of different levels and cultures, and provide timely delivery of assigned work
