DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Scope of Work
1. Operations
· Deliver great customer skills (Smile, Outgoing, Professional and caring)
· Opening and closing of the bar
· Setup, operation and closing of POS
· Assist Manager in the efficient running of the day to day bar operations (inventory, stock checking and ordering supplies)
· Oversee cash and stock control consistently according to company policies
· Assist Manager on Plan staff scheduling based on operational need
· Review daily and weekly events with Assistant Manager / Manager
· Create a positive customer experience by establishing customer service standards and implements corrective actions to improve service delivery gaps
· Carry out supervisory duties such as delegating responsibilities and ensuring duties are completed up to standards
· Constantly motivate team spirit to service staff and apply selling techniques by exceeding guest expectations and to increase revenue
· Monitor Team’s adherence with the organization’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Policies and procedures
2. Marketing
Assist Manager on:
· Develop and execute strategies for promotional / marketing collaterals
· Evaluate new products in the markets to boost operational efficiency
· Coordinate with sales representatives to procure supplies and assess new products offering
· Drive engagement on our social media website by encouraging customers and members to share their feedbacks, ultimately boosting our ratings/ followers
3. Any other duties as assigned
