· Managing Director to manage the business in IT consulting and professional services primarily to financial industry in Singapore and ASEAN.
Key Responsibilities:
· Taking a responsibility to plan, organize, direct and control our IT business to achieve our sales and revenue goal and further growth.
· Liaise and collaborate with other stakeholders and our headquarters in Japan
Business Strategy
Develop and lead strategy for IT business in Financial sector in ASEAN to align with headquarter's global and regional direction/vision; Identify potential target market and solution based on our asset and past experiences to ensure an effective strategy to build market share.
Customer and Partner relationship
Communication channels to maintain good relationships with our customers and business partners, especially with management layer to maximize revenue generation to achieve business objectives.
Performance monitoring
Review sales performance and revenue in monthly report from plan to meet with sales plan and business goal.
Budget planning
Prepare and submit annual budget to top management; control, monitor and report results on a regular basis to achieve budget plans.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 10 years of experience and proven track records in IT business for financial sector.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in management position
· Experience in working with 3rd party product provided by global system vendor.
· Good knowledge in financial services policies, procedures, products and industry practices preferred.
· Very good oral and written communication skills (English and Japanese).
