Requirement
· Min. Diploma in Building /Quantity Surveying /Engineering or equivalent
· Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience
· Fresh Graduates also welcome
· Able to read construction, architectural & engineering drawings
· Able to interpret drawings for costing and estimation
· Familiar with Microsoft Office
· Ability to take -off quantity with accuracy
· Able to meet tight deadlines
Jobs Description
· Prepare technical proposal & cost estimation for project tenders
· Source for local/oversea suppliers, fabricators & sub-cons
· Prepare LOA of suppliers & sub-cons
· To prepare & submit progress claims, variation order & finalization of account
· To prepare & certify claims for suppliers and sub-contractors
· Develop, review and monitor the compliance of tender and contracts policy and guidelines, in line with the industry best practice
· Ensure all estimates provided are at a competitive level
· Prices/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
· Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
· Sourcing, evaluate and compare subcontractors/suppliers’ quotation
· Measure, value and certify the work done on site
· Liaise with client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
· Ad hoc duties when assigned
