1) Handle enquiries via online chat, email and telephone etc.
2) Handle customers’ requests on service amendment, addition and termination.
3) Handle billing enquiries.
4) Follow up with customers on unsuccessful payment.
5) Handle technical and connectivity issues.
6) Generate sales leads.
7) Assist customers with online application.
8) Schedule fibre broadband Installation.
9) Handle routine feedback / complaints.
