Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient management of the company
- Lead and coach senior managers and heads of departments on meeting business targets
- Oversee key functions including sales, marketing, HR and administration
- Drive business growth through identifying new opportunities and partnerships
- Set operational KPIs, analyze performance metrics and take corrective actions
- Liaise with key clients and vendors to strengthen relationships
- Keep abreast of industry developments, competition and regulatory changes
- Develop long-term strategic plans aligned with company goals
- Represent company in industry events and functions
- Ensure adherence to legal guidelines and ethical business practices
- Develop and maintain own network of marketing channels and regional partnerships to expand company’s reach
- Leverage connections with local businesses, vendors and distribution partners to explore new regional growth opportunities
- Establish cooperative relationships with industry players to boost company presence across key markets
- Plan and execute regional marketing and expansion initiatives aligned with business goals
- Track and evaluate performance of regional programs to maximize ROI
- Identify customer needs and market trends in targeted regions to introduce suitable products and promotions to grow market share
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Management or relevant field
- 8+ years managerial experience in the industry
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities
