HR Admin Manager (Full spectrum, Central)
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing both human resources and administrative functions. This dual role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing administrative operations, and ensuring a positive work environment for our team.
Job Description:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and update job descriptions.
Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection. - Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations, address concerns, and mediate conflicts.
Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement. - Performance Management:
Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.
Address performance issues and implement improvement plans. - Training and Development:
Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills.
Facilitate employee development initiatives. - HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records.
Handle HR administrative tasks, including payroll and documentation. - Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. - Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with management on organizational development initiatives.
Administration: - Office Operations:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations.
Ensure the smooth functioning of office facilities and equipment. - Vendor Management:
Liaise with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors. - Communication and Correspondence:
Manage internal and external communication channels.
Handle official correspondence and documentation. - Event Coordination:
Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences. - IT Support Coordination:
Collaborate with IT support to address technology-related needs.
Ensure the availability and functionality of IT systems.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR management and administration
- Experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Proficient in office administration and organizational management
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
