Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls
- Explain payment breakdown to clients in detail
- Enhance overall collection efficiency
- Resolve client questions relating to billing
- Meet collection targets
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of experience in debt collection role
- Highly organized and independent
- Positive team player with good verbal communication skills
- Meticulous and possess a sense of urgency
