<Job Description>
To be a part the executive team to determine the strategic direction of the company’s business development and internal control
- Formulate and implement business strategies that have a medium to long-term impact on the organisation.
- Set budget and prepare execution plans for the whole company
- Work jointly with HQ in Japan and the group companies in the region for business development and internal control
- Prepare and implement the business development and internal control plans
- Oversee the operations of the company’s representative offices in the region
<Job Requirements>
- Excellent analytical and judgement skills to gain insight into businesses.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage with external stakeholders, HQ in Japan and group companies in other countries.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in business development, internal control and relevant fields
- Good knowledge of finance and accounting standards as well as HR practices
- Highly proficient in the Japanese language is necessary in order to communicate and negotiate effectively with HQ in Japan and Japan-based stakeholders.
- Frequent travelling is expected.
