Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination with Building Owner, Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, Residence Architect/Engineers, Interior Designer and Sub-Contractors
- Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of equipment and materials to sub-contractors
- Liaise with project site teams and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Monitor and report on project progress. Investigate and highlight potential issues to the management in a timely method.
- To ensure all M&E installations and implementations are in accordance to approved drawings and materials.
- To carry out site supervision on M&E works and arrange for inspection with RTO or RE.
- To ensure quality of works is achieved and complied with the standard regulations.
- Preparation of As-Built Drawing, Operation and Maintenance Manual, and conduct Maintenance Training for the Building Management Team
- Adhere to budget by monitoring and controlling expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
Requirements:
- Diploma and above in project management, quantity designing, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
- Work experience in Construction or Interior design industry.
- Understanding of architectural trades.
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Knowledge in monitoring and evaluation works and architectural design.
- Multi-task and manage several queries at any time.
- Manage stress / pressure and handle work well with tight deadlines.
