Job Description
Responsibilities
- Must be able to handle Full Set of Accounts independently
- Process and handle daily finance transactions (AP/AR) and experience in handling full sets of accounts.
- Handle day to day accounting operations and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
- Processing of payments, assist in cash flow management
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded
- Reconciliations of intercompany balances/transactions and key accounts are performed and reviewed.
- Prepare for GST submission and filing.
- Prepare sales report, financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in the implementation of new ERP system
- Liaise with external parties in annual auditing, tax and other financial needs as necessary
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher in Accountancy or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and familiarity with relevant computer software
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, able to work under pressure within tight schedules
- Resourceful, Strong team player with good interpersonal and social skills
- Meticulous and handle data entries accurately and efficiently
- Must be able to communicate with English and Chinese speaking client
- Preferably able to start work immediately or short notice
Working days: 5 days
