Functions and Responsibilities:
HSSE
- Maintaining HSSEQ management system documentation, manuals, procedures, forms, checklists, risk assessments, and statistics.
- Administration and record-keeping e.g. reports, audits, inspections, licenses etc.
- Executing required controls mandated by the management system.
- Coordinates and communicates with Customers on HSSEQ projects/programs.
- Conducting and generating reports for HSSEQ internal & external audits, client assessments
Quality
Training Executive
- Monitor and report on seafarer training programs organized by external and internal stakeholders to support & achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with the main training service providers used by the Company.
- Select, and assign (under guidance from the Manager) instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self-study courses, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play, and computer-based training.
- Organize and maintain training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational material.
- Monitor and record seafarers’ performance across the fleet used to identify training needs by coordinating with the Marine people Team, Fleet, and Marine Operations.
- Assist the Training Manager in identifying the various data points (promotion, availability, need) to prioritize and anticipate the need from operations correctly.
- Ensures feedback on training is gathered, analyzed, and actioned.
- Management of all matters related to training.
- Responsible for organizing internal training, where suitable.
Additional Information

- Qualification: Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent
