- As an integral part of the finance team, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis of the operations for the region
- Accountable to execute assigned standard tasks as listed below proactively and independently
- Responsible to support the development of top-down planning figures, communicate targets and summarize analysis for approval bodies.
- Conduct budget/forecast content plausibility checks and clarification, assess chances and risks per division.
- Analyze and comment important target/actual deviations relevant for overall group performance and identifying trends
- Prepare and review financial variances between Actual / Budget / Forecast financial results
- Working closely with the different cross functional teams.
- Advise and guidance for local country on Corporate guidelines and processes
- Ad-hoc projects
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent in business administration, accounting, economics or related field
- Considerable work experience in Controlling > 5 years (some international experience preferred)
- Highly analytical with strong financial and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
- Independent worker and analytical thinker with an ability to conduct data analysis and resolve complex problems
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and team work spirit
- Must have strong and advanced MS Excel skills and well experienced with Microsoft suite of products
- Experience using Hyperion Financial Management, Cognos Financial Performance Management Software in a large corporate environment
