Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll and overtime pay using OpenSoft payroll software
- Maintenance of Employee Personal file.
- Processing, CPF submission staff leave management in system
- Assist in the Appraisal process.
- Submission of government and related claims, e.g. childcare leave, parental leave, NS claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
- Renewal of Workmen Injury Insurance and Foreign Worker Medical Insurance.
- Prepare all employment-related documents, e.g. employment contract, letter etc.
- Manage foreign workers accommodation.
- Manage employees training courses and work site passes.
- Employee welfare and office management.
- Work pass applications.
- Process and manage daily AR and AP functions.
- Making sure the payments processed have necessary supporting and appropriate approval according to the company policies
- Banking matters - cheque deposits, etc
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Petty cash and employee expense claim processing and payments
- Prepare monthly statement claims, GST and related bills.
- IT Hardware equipment management.
- Perform admin related duties and ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business / HR / Others with applicable working experience
- Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- IT literate and proficient in MS Office applications
