Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions with focus on payroll.
· Handle full payroll cycle, claims, CPF, annual income tax return and reconciliation of payroll runs and reporting.
· Support HR projects, including planning, budgeting, reporting, etc…
· Provide HR advices to internal stakeholders and employees.
· Upkeep HR policies and relevant rules and regulations that is compliant with relevant authorities and laws.
· Maintain and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all documentations and records.
· Perform general office administrative duties including office supplies, pantry supplies, company activities, etc…
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
· Any other duties within the HR functions as assigned.
Qualifications
· Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Studies or related field
· At least 3 years’ experience in HR
· Experienced with Timesoft HRMS preferred
· Able to multi-task in a fast paced working environment
· Meticulous and organized
Well versed with Singapore employment act and statutory guidelines
