The Talent:
- Minimum: Diploma/ Degree in related field
- 2 years of working experience in related field
- Strong analytical skills, track record of identifying issues and delivering solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
- SAP System experience will be an added advantage
Job Description
- Ensuring accurate input of the data in PEACHTREE Accounting
- Handling the Petty cash payment.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation ( prepare payment & monitoring the receipts ).
- Managing petty cash and cash travel advances
- Manage general communication such as post, deliveries, couriers,etc.
- Manage supply of stationery and other office supplies
- Coordinate the travel arrangements for office on their travel arrangements and logistics (bookings, visa applications, invitations letters)
