JOB OVERVIEW
The F&B Supervisor manages staff on shift, and assigns staff to workstations on each shift. He/she also leads staff compliance on service, food hygiene, safety and other standards amongst the team on each shift. He/she also performs closing of accounts and ensure accuracy of the sales accounts at all times.
Dutieis
- Brewing of fusion coffee and tea (training provided).
- Train staffs on day to day operations
- Fast-paced environment especially during peak hours.
- Team player
- Inspect cleanliness of the takeaway kiosk.
- Able to handle cash and POS system and perform account reconciliation
- Ensure shops/kiosks are all on high health, safety and sanitation guidelines and good hygiene standards.
- Monitor, track and manage stock inventory ordering.
- Ad-hoc duties.
