Job Description:
- Responsible to monitor security, health and safety of everyone at worksite
- Provide technical advice and quality control at site daily
- Supervise materials and people
- Plan the work to be done and organize things so that deadlines are met
- Make sure designs are applied correctly
- Liaise with main and sub-cons, site manager, client and consultants
- Any other additional duties or tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Must have excellent proficiency in using computer and MS Office
- Have good organizational abilities and physically fit to be able to withstand physical nature of the job
- Must be willing to perform hands-on duties at construction site
- Must have good command in written and spoken English to communicate well with sub-cons, site manager, client and consultants
- Possess good communication, negotiation and coordination skills and has ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Must be able to accept the non-aircon working environment
- Must be able to multi-task, perform in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have initiative, be trustworthy, responsible and willing to learn with positive attitude
- Able to work independently and as a team player under minimal supervision.
