- To prepare tender bids for submission on time.
- To take charge of contract review, to assure proper tenders are prepared and submitted.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Prepare notification for extension of time from any potential project delay.
- Review and understand all drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project costs to ensure objectives of the project are achieved in accordance with building contract law; Ensure compliance with standards.
- Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other parties.
- Handle pre or post-tender procurement which includes sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors.
- Tabulate and evaluate price comparison and costing summary.
- Handle project administration and documentation, including preparation of sub-contract, Variation Orders, etc.
- Prepare cost analysis and cost reduction strategies to enhance overall project value.
- Prepare and submit progress claims to clients and update progress claim reports monthly.
- Assist and perform all tasks assigned by a respective superior.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of commercial interior fit-out experience.
- Resourceful, and sensitive to numerical.
- Experience in participating in full interior fit-out projects.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Work well under tight submission deadlines.
- High sense of responsibility and integrity.
