Responsibilities:
- Become a product ambassador, presenting and proposing our offerings to ship owners, managers, operators, and other clients across domestic and international markets.
- Uncover and cultivate promising new business opportunities, expanding our reach and success.
- Leverage your network to connect with potential clients, building strong relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Be the point of contact for customer inquiries, crafting quotes and overseeing the entire sales journey, from pre-sale to post-sale support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to unlock new growth avenues for the company.
- Stay at the forefront of the industry by actively participating in events and networking sessions.
Qualifications:
- Possess at least 'O' level with 2 years of marine industry sales experience in Singapore, or hold a Diploma in any maritime field.
- Demonstrate exceptional English language skills, along with presentation and communication prowess.
- Thrive in a self-starting environment, driven by results and team spirit.
- Be a Microsoft Office expert, with SAP and CRM tool knowledge considered a valuable asset.
- Maintain composure under pressure while delivering outstanding customer service.
