About the Role
As an ecommerce operation executive at Gain City, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving inquiries related to online orders and customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams within the organization
- Engage with third-party customer support agents efficiently and effectively
- Daily operational tasks, such as order processing, data entry, handling phone calls (both incoming and outgoing), managing emails, participating in communication groups, and utilizing CRM system
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Familiarity with Digital communication tools for effective communication
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Efficient task management skills
Flexibility:
- Flexibility is a key aspect of this position, as shift work is occasionally required (up to 5 days per month).
- You will have the flexibility to select your preferred off days.
