Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of Accounts Receivable
- Review work performed by the India Shared Service Centre on invoicing
- Maintain, monitor Customer PO utilization
- Respond to customer enquiries on invoices, payments, SOA
- In charge of Credit Control
- Prepare AR month end journals and month end process
- Prepare AR reporting and accruals schedules
- Prepare AR monthly cash flow forecast.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or professional certificates such as ACCA or its quivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in performing accounts receivable and credit control task.
- Prior experience in project accounting is a plus
- Involved in Audit process
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Office suite especially MS Excel (Pivot, V-Lookup)
