As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Risk Management Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop initiatives in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and related areas (like Control Self-Assessment and Key Risk Indicators) to enhance risk management capabilities and foster a risk-aware culture across business units.
-Conduct periodic assessments and reviews of risks and controls with internal stakeholders.
-Design and deliver necessary training sessions.
-Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs.
-Generate regular reports and offer independent assurance to Management and Board Risk Committees.
-Periodically assess the effectiveness of ERM implementation and compliance across business units.
Key Requirements:
-Possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
-Experience in accounting, finance, or real estate is advantageous.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. (Proficiency in Mandarin required to address queries from Mandarin-speaking associates regarding business matters).
-Exceptional communication and workshop facilitation abilities.
-Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.
