Responsibilities:
- Understands the Bancassurance business and product requirements to ensure the testing result is as per expected.
- Assists in creating test cases.
- Performs test cases execution during UAT phase.
- Assists in ad-hoc changes or requests relating to the new system GEAR.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or equivalent
- Good time management skills, able to prioritize work to ensure proficiency.
- Meticulous and able to work independently or with minimum supervision.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Previous UAT experience would be an advantage.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
