Well known educational institution based in Singapore. Constantly innovating to meet changing student needs and ensuring that their curriculum is competitive with other schools, they are now looking for an Assistant Manager for the Accounts Receivables team (AR) to help with the growing needs of the business.


about the job

You should be accurately recording fixed assets, managing additions, transfers, and disposals. Your expertise in SIT accounting policies, compliance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), and proficiency in reconciliations and depreciation computation are key. The role involves coordinating the yearly asset sighting exercise and providing advisory support to user Divisions for compliance. Liaise with Internal and External Auditors whenever necessary.


skills and experience required

You should be Diploma qualified in Accountancy/Finance. You have to possess at least 3 years of working experience in accounts-related work and you ideally should have worked in a school before. You should have a good learning attitude, organised and meticulous in nature and be a good team player. It is not necessary to have held leadership positions in the past.
