What will you deliver?
- Demonstrate customer service excellence by receiving, fulfilling and following up on account orders and enquiries within a stipulated timeframe, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of product orders.
- Keep master list and pricing related documents updated.
- Effectively manage Webshop orders and price changes for Webshop items.
- Source the right suppliers to meet all specification requirements for spot buys.
- Manage forwarders and courier providers to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Ensure customer order data accuracy in the ERP.
- Provide accurate periodic and adhoc reports.
- Process billing timely to ensure smooth accounts receivable. You also process credit notes and debit notes when required.
- Manage filing for the department.
- Ensure world class customer service is achieved.
- Ensure compliance with Vallen’s sales policies and procedures.
- To perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
