- Monday - Friday: 9am to 6pm
- 1 year renewable contract
The Talent
- Diploma in Business Administration or a general field.
- IT savvy and proficient in MS office, such as excel, word, sharepoint and outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational, time management, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Job Description
- Maintain a pleasant, good hygiene and clean office environment.
- Ensure sufficient stationeries and pantry supplies.
- Ensure printing of name cards, letter head etc are in accordance to Corporate guidelines.
- Receptionist duties - attending to phone calls, walk-in guests/visitors.
- Handle local mails, arrange overseas courier delivery, office access.
- Arrange cleaning of air-con system, water filter, pest control, pantry sump pump and carpets, etc.
- Check to ensure fire extinguishers are in good condition to use.
- Liaise with building management and HK Tech for annual power shut down/up exercise.
- Coordinate with building management for participation in fire drill exercise (twice per year).
- Keep ART kits, Masks and FirstAid Kit materials in good condition to use
- Assist Sales Team in arranging floral stand for new clinic openings.
- Assist Service Engineers Team in arranging printing of field service reports, PM stickers etc.
- Assist with internal staff events such as Christmas / New Year / Kick-off meetings arrangement.
- Administrative support to GM (travel and visa application)
- Administrative support to Human Resource
- Administrative support to Finance
