JOB DESCRIPTION
· Coordinate with marketing/sales on ocean freight charges for different customers
· Issue invoices (Navition software) and follow up payments & updating payments
· Prepare statement of account and send to customers
· Follow up email from operation department on billing documents and any other surcharge such as storage and dangerous cargoes surcharge on top of ocean freight charges
· To follow up and update service agreement/contract signed with regular customer
· Compile monthly manifests to make sure billing for all shipments are completed
Other relevant jobs assigned by management whenever is necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma graduate
At least one year working experience in accounts
Good team work
