Responsibilities
Oversee all project activities, including cost management, project schedule, staff development, site safety and security.
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the projects and exercise a high level of independent judgment in the conduct of business responsibility with minimal supervision.
- Develop and submit progress status reports tracking work progress and cost, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Responsible for project planning, quality control, risk management for project and site supervision
- Ensure site safety and prepare safe work procedure with Safety personnel
- Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors etc
- Ensure the smooth completion of the project
Requirements
- Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- Independent, good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Only Singaporeans will be considered
Certifications
- Construction Safety Course for Project Managers
- Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course
