Job Scopes
- Responsible for the administration of the healthcare programme.
- He/she should achieve a high standard of customer service, support and to coordinate the administrative and clinical care for renal patients in the inpatient and outpatient setting.
- Initiate, administer and implement programme in line with hospital practices, policies and protocols
- To be liaison personnel working closely with clinicians, nurses, Medical Social Workers (MSWs), and internal and external service providers to ensure smooth operational and clinical aspect of programme
- Coordinate with MSWs to facilitate subsidy application for patients who need financial assistance
