Main Purpose
- Leverage digital ecosystem to technically drive marketing automation implementation
- Enable the local marketing and sales community to leverage the available digital ecosystem effectively
- Secure utilization of available digital ecosystem under compliance and ensure digital efficiency by minimizing operational waste arising from processual flaws
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support the effective use of digital platforms, such as D365, across the region. Develop a strong presence as the subject matter expert on marketing automation within the APAC region.
- Assist country and cluster digital activation managers in the development of integrated digital campaigns. Co-create the design of activation initiatives by providing insights on available digital resources and train teams in independently utilizing them.
- Develop marketing campaigns in D365 on behalf of, and in support of country / cluster teams.
- Configure pre-existing digital ecosystem to ongoing campaigns, ensuring maximum effectiveness of available digital system resources.
- Facilitate workshops to inform and train product and marketing teams in campaign development and activation in the digital ecosystem
- Work with the Campaign Activation Analytics Co-ordinator to measure and learn from all campaigns run across the region. Actively share the lessons learned from this monitoring activity.
- Provide technical feedback on causes for errors regarding, e.g., website or campaign designs and suggest actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with digital capabilities/ IT project managers regarding requirements engineering for enhancements and future system designs.
- Evaluate the allocation of resources in the available digital ecosystem and assess improvements by adjusting capacities.

- External: Marketing agencies, digital specialist agencies and training organisations.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Academic degree in, e.g., data analytics, computer sciences, IT, or business information
- 5+ years' experience in business and technical teams in the digital domain
- Experience with marketing dedicated software tools, preferably Microsoft D365
- Demonstrated technical mastery, analytical and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team with elevated sense of ownership
- Demonstrated awareness of change management and influence mapping to support digital initiatives
