Job Duties
• Reports to the Project Manager.
• Handle progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts.
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers
• Certification of claims for sub-contractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts.
• Handle purchasing including but not limited to calling for quotations, negotiations, etc.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years local experience with contractors.
• Candidate with experience in Civil Engineering works will also be considered.
• Detailed, with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadline.
