about the role:
- The individual in this role is primarily tasked with the proactive acquisition of retail clients by offering personalized value propositions. Additionally, they are responsible for acquiring corporate employee clients through Employee Banking (EB) opportunities via business-to-consumer communication. The main focus includes acquiring Premium banking, Priority banking sign-ups, and individual clients through Payroll programs.
- Candidates are expected to extend their services to a broader spectrum of retail and priority products, including wealth and insurance, catering specifically to targeted segments.
- Furthermore, the role involves obtaining Employee Banking leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calls, and professionally executing these opportunities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in both B2B and B2C sales
- The ideal candidate is highly results-driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, possessing strong time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- A passion for sales, a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, and the ability to handle complex and challenging situations with individuals at various levels are key strengths.
- Being a team player with initiative and assertiveness, coupled with a diploma or degree, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking sector.
