Job Responsibilities
- Receiving & processing of spare parts order from Linde / STILL / Baoli dealer network
- Perform order processing duties: sales order, purchase order, billing and shipping arrangement
- Work closely with customers, factories and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and delivery
- Swift response to customers enquiry, & shipment enquiries
- Compilation & distribution to Dealer of yearly part price list & any interim price adjustment from factories
- Ensure FASL, FASN (Field Action Service Notes) and SI (service information) are emailed to all the service managers once this information is released by the factory
- Ensure safety-related field campaigns must be implemented immediately and at least within the period specified by the factory
- Ensure the costs incurred are settled with the factory via a warranty claim
- Maintain and update FASL and FASN warranty databases and records
- Ensure quick, smooth settlement of warranty and goodwill claims in a way that is satisfactory to all the direct Linde entities and dealers of KSAS (Linde, STILL, and Baoli)
- Develop and implement warranty policies and procedures
- Manage warranty claim processing and documentation
- Analyse warranty claim reports to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
- Provide customer service and warranty support
- Maintain and update warranty databases and records
Job Requirements
- Min a Diploma holder in any field
- Min 3 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge in spare parts administration will be added advantage
- Familiar with SAP
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
