Job Description
- Perform in-house and on-site measurement and data recording as part of the instrument calibration process
- Perform data and certificate processing as part of the instrument calibration process
- Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of calibration equipment and devices
- Adhere to calibration procedures and methods to meet the professional calibration service standard being delivered by the company
- Function as part of a larger team to meet customer's requirements in a timely and effective manner
- Function as part of a larger team to ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of the laboratory/working areas
- Assist in the development and extension of new calibration scope
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess minimum NITEC certificate. Higher NITEC or Diploma in Instrumentation / Engineering or equivalent is an advantage
- Experience in measuring instruments or calibration is an added advantage
- Able to perform calibration work in different customer’s premises when required, as part of the on-site calibration team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) for capturing and processing measurement data
- Willingness to learn/upgrade and commit to meet assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Able to perform some OT when required
- Able to function as a team, and interact with colleagues and customers well
- Proper training will be provided for the expected job scopes
- Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply
