Roles & Responsibilities
. Responsible for effectively creating and executing multi-platform marketing initiatives for the organization’s events.
. Owns the event marketing process – budgeting, design and creatives, marketing strategies, promotion, execution of initiatives and evaluation.
· Work closely with Corporate Partners for successful delivery of all physical and online events and lead generation activities.
· Conceptualize design briefs to develop marketing collaterals
· Develop and implement effective event marketing strategies
· Plan, develop and drive all local event paid campaigns-online/offline
· Monitor and optimize local event paid campaigns-online/offline for maximum effectiveness.
· Communicate closely with appointed agencies, printers and external vendors and ensure project timelines are met
· Prepare event budget, marketing and post event reports
· Participates in new business activities as assigned.
· Plan and execute various onsite activations & events, including but not limited to CRS booth and pop-ups
· Identify opportunities to expand marketing efforts and to increase brand awareness
· Assist in planning of annual events and event campaign calendar.
· Participates in any marketing-related activities as assigned
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Business/Events Management or Marketing
· At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing/events position
· Creative and detail-oriented
· Effective oral and written communication
· Have ability to work and operate in a team and demonstrate teamwork skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
Skills
· Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.
· Strong creative, strategic and analytical skills
· Knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop/ Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
· Knowledge of SEO & SEM concepts and website analytics tools (Google analytics)
