M&E Manager (Plumbing)

Requirement:

1. Singaporean or PR preferred
2. 3 & 3/A Driving Licence Required (Company Vehicle provided)
3. Speak & Write English
4. Good Interpersonal Skills
5. Candidate with Plumbing & Sanitary Relevant Qualifications may apply
6. Licensed Plumber Welcomed

Job Scope:

1. Handle Sales and Marketing duties. (Projects follow up, Preparation of Quote, Project submission, Site meeting and collection)
2. Supervise & Coordinate Work Schedule
3. Cost Analysis and prepare estimation of quantities and costing required
4. Take off & Prepare BOQ
5. Analyse and compare Quotation
6. Maintain good rapport and business relationships with existing customers in related Plumbing Service
7. Must have knowledge in Plumbing & Sanitary and experience in liaising with Consultants & Management Council
