Executive Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our management team and Managing Director. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating effective communication.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing the calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for internal and external communication.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and meetings.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial and admin documents and reports, such as minutes of meetings, as required.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Act as a liaison between the executive management team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Perform general office admin duties, such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining records.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong executive functioning skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Post-secondary education or diploma in a related field.

Job Type: Full Time, Mondays to Fridays
Work Mode: On-site
Location: Tuas, Singapore
