Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Product Consultant/ Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap, conducting user testing, and providing invaluable insights and advice to enhance the overall user experience of our mobile app and other golf-related digital products built in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our product development team to shape the product roadmap based on market trends, user feedback, and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough user testing and analysis to identify pain points, usability issues, and areas for improvement within the app.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to optimize user engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, design trends, and competitive landscape to ensure our mobile app remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers to implement recommended changes and enhancements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for the end user throughout the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- More than 15 years of golf instructional experience
- Deep understanding of the golf coach's pain points, user-centered design principles, mobile app usability, and UX/UI best practices.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for technology, sports, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Knowledge of the golf industry or experience working on sports-related applications is required.
