Responsibilities
- Provides support for tender process, from drafting of proposals, preparing pre-qualification documentation and coordinating cost estimation activities
- Provide support such as liaising with customers directly for enquiry on quotation
- Schedules and coordinate meetings with customers when tender awarded
- Generate documentation for progressive payment and prepare work completion certificates to ensure timely payment as stipulated in the contract
- Liaise with sales, production, procurement, subcontractors to develop initial cost estimates and project timeline based on client specifications and drawings
- Carry out site inspection to understand the job scope for quotation generation.
Requirements
- Min Diploma Electrical/Marine Engineering or equivalent
- Min 3 years of commercial experience in maritime and offshore industry
- Able to prepare quotations and submit before deadline
- Team player with positive work attitude
