The Opportunity

  • Work in Singapore MNC Company - leading gas services in Singapore
  • 3 working days per week (2 weekday, 1 weekend)
  • Working hours: 6 hours per day (11am-5pm or 12pm-6pm)
  • Location: Plaza Singapura (Retail)
  • Salary: $11 SGD / Hour

The Talent:

  • Prior office/admin background is advantageous
  • Good communication skills needed
  • Basic knowledge in excel, word, PowerPoint

Job Description

  • Responsible for daily office administration, including office supplies, office security etc.
  • Support with Data entry work - on customer orders
  • Follow ups on customer emails, and follow up calls if needed
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, binding, photocopying if needed
