The Opportunity
- Work in Singapore MNC Company - leading gas services in Singapore
- 3 working days per week (2 weekday, 1 weekend)
- Working hours: 6 hours per day (11am-5pm or 12pm-6pm)
- Location: Plaza Singapura (Retail)
- Salary: $11 SGD / Hour
The Talent:
- Prior office/admin background is advantageous
- Good communication skills needed
- Basic knowledge in excel, word, PowerPoint
Job Description
- Responsible for daily office administration, including office supplies, office security etc.
- Support with Data entry work - on customer orders
- Follow ups on customer emails, and follow up calls if needed
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, binding, photocopying if needed
