As a Financial Counsellor (FC), you are responsible for counselling patients on the use of CPF (Central Provident Fund), Medisave accounts, explain the principles of available governmental financial assistance, apply for these schemes to assist patients in need, explain chronic care management packages available at our polyclinics, process case documents, arrange instalment scheme for patients with outstanding bills and write social reports to facilitate the financial applications. You will also conduct peer’s audit check on MediFund Assistance, ensure proper documentation, address enquiries from contact centre and other external government or institution partners.
You are also required to perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisors.
