about the job
As an Enterprise Technology Manager, your job responsibility involves:
ERP:
- Manage and support the implementation of new ERP modules, upgrades, and enhancements, working closely with IT teams, functional departments, and external vendors.
- Create and manage project plans and budgets for system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource utilization.
- Support the company's digital transformation efforts, identifying and implementing new technologies and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for automation and optimization of business processes.
- Develop and maintain data management strategies to ensure data accuracy, availability, and timely delivery of reports to stakeholders.
Automation:
- Drive automation initiatives across diverse business functions, employing tools such as UiPath or Power Automate etc to streamline processes and boost operational efficiency.
- Lead the implementation of RPA solutions, optimizing workflows and reducing manual intervention in routine tasks for enhanced productivity.
- Develop and maintain a forward-looking strategic roadmap for the ERP systems, collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders to align with business objectives.
skills and experience required
As a successful candidate, you should have at least 5 years of experience in managing, implementing, and supporting ERP systems across HRMS and Finance.
You should also have a good understanding of automation and process improvement using tools such as Power Automate, UiPath.
Any experience in BI / Data visualisation is advantageous to have.
