- Experienced in cooking Chinese cuisine
- Manage all F&B day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Stock ordering and management
- Responsible for the efficient functioning of the kitchen operations
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and safety
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- 6 days work per week.
