Job Scope
· Creates marketing strategies to launch and market new products
· Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, TikTok, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
· Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success
· Uses customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
· Forecasts market trends and provides analysis and recommendations
· Create shareable content appropriate for specific platforms to drive traffic and customer engagement
· Helps shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience
· Analyses sales and marketing key performance indicators
· Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on online and offline ROI
· Ensures marketing strategies align with overall business strategy
Requirement
· BA/BS diploma/degree in marketing or a related field
· Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
· Applicants with a valid Class 3 driving license preferred.
· Familiarity with online and offline marketing channels
· Up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends with a command of each network and their best practices
· Creative thinker
· Exhibits excellent attention to detail and thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
· Excellent communication skills
· Preferably with experience or knowledge of the automotive industry, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of its distinct dynamics and customer preferences.
